Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient outcomes
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor vital signs per physician’s orders
- Educate and support patients’ families, helping them understand treatment plans and care instructions
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide leadership in crisis scenarios
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Maryland or compact state license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Pediatric Emergency Room nursing
