We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our client’s team for a 13-week assignment. Job Description

• Provide advanced nursing care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, cardiac status, and pain levels.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medication, assist with bedside procedures, and perform wound care.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and post-hospital care.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
  
  

Education And Certification Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unencumbered Oklahoma license or compact state licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU/Step-down experience.

• Strong knowledge of PCU care protocols and ability to respond effectively to patient needs.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and the medical team.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle fast-paced, high-stress environments.
