What does the position entail?
Above all, help provide amazing care to our patients. This involves the following
responsibilities:
- Greeting patients by name with a smile and warmest of welcomes- every time.
- Answering phones, responding to emails, and other forms of patient
communication
- Schedule management
- Guiding patients through homecare exercises and therapeutic modalities
- Coaching and education to patients on mindset, nutrition, exercise, toxins, etc.
- Execution of internal and external events: décor, flyers made & distributed,
calendars updated, etc.
- Registering for seminars, and participation in education with MaxLiving
- Inform patients of upcoming events
- Assist in resourcing our patients with their needs
- Random errands
Preferred! English and Spanish!

What skills and experience are needed?
- Computers – must be knowledgeable with google docs, word, excel, email, and
all that jazz
- Administrative and coordinating experience
- Leadership interest or experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstration of a high level of empathy and love for people
- Excellent work ethic and able to work efficiently without supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-pace, ever-changing environment
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with others to get things
done
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahwatukee, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
