Manager Training Program

COMPLETE HOME SECURITY AND SERVICES, LLC. is currently hiring career-oriented individuals into our quick start Manager Training Program. During our 40 Day Leadership Mentoring Program, you will be immersed into our company in a high paced interactive training series which will prepare you for your future as a Team Leader with our company. Some of the items you will be trained on are as follows:

· In Home Person to Person presentation and closing skills

· Product knowledge about Home Security and Automation

· Teaching and training communication to be utilized with your future team

· Tracking reports you will use to motivate your team through tangible data

· In field training on how to run your team and the best places to go to optimize your success

As a Manager Trainee, you will be partnered with an existing Manager who will be your long term mentor to ensure your success. Part of the growth model of COMPLETE HOME, is to provide each individual within our organization with the ability to rise to any level you wish/want to achieve. You will acquire skills that will assist you in your daily life as well as jump start your future and may eventually lead you to being a Partner within our organization.

Compensation

Your income potential is unlimited. Most of our new managers will make $50,000-60,000 their first year. Your drive and desire will make this a true Six Figure opportunity. We are looking to open future locations in the future in San Jose, Modesto, Sacramento and/or Bakersfield. For the right individual, you will be presented the opportunity to run your own Branch Office location with the ability to earn in excess of $125,000/year.
