Pay Range : $70,000 - $75,000 / year Commission
Essential Duties
- Generate business by establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians, senior organizations, hospitals, and other medical professionals.
- Prepare and conduct sales and educational presentations about our home care services for physicians, businesses, and community groups.
- Assist the Director of Business Development in setting volume projections for the annual budget and allocating resources for the marketing department.
- Conduct market assessments and develop a marketing plan to meet budgetary volume projections.
- Document all interactions with physician offices, referral sources, follow-ups, phone calls, and gifts. Aim for a minimum of 50 quality interactions per week.
