Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage appointments efficiently for the doctor.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and correspondence.
- Utilize computer systems for scheduling, billing, and client management.
Experience
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical or chiropractic procedures is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping.
