We are currently in need of a part-time Finance Administrator. (20 hours per week)
This is a back-end office position that is responsible primarily for accounts payable processing. (No direct customer support is required.) This position requires a focused, keen eye for detail and accuracy as you will be processing a large number of transactions, all of which must be correctly recorded. If you are good with numbers, super-organized and accurate, this may be a perfect position for you!
At a high level, your responsibilities would include :
Paying a large number of bills (accounts payable) on behalf of the condominium associations that we manage. All payments are made electronically via online banking and our internal management systems. Other finance-related administrative tasks will also be performed, including :
- Processing reimbursement payments to owners
- Making updates to owner ledgers within our management systems

Compensation : $21 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.
