Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage midstream engineering projects through all phases—from planning and design to execution and closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Review technical designs and ensure all work complies with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and oversee change management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through strategic planning and process optimization.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field OR
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in oil and gas midstream projects without a formal engineering degree
- Proven track record as a successful Project Manager in midstream energy or related industries
- Strong working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques
- Experience with regulatory standards in oil and gas preferred
Certifications (Preferred but not Required):
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification
Additional Job Information:
This role may involve occasional travel to field sites, including remote locations.
Compliance with all safety protocols is required due to potential exposure to flammable materials and physically demanding environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
