We are looking for a forward thinking, eager, self-starter with good technical skills for a Software Support & Training Specialist position.  This is a hybrid / remote position for local candidates.

This position will be responsible for supporting and training users of all skill levels, from entry-level and volunteers to Executive Directors and Board Members. Training and support requires direct contact with customers through phone, email and Zoom to assist with the setup and use of their accounts. Topics will include how to use the features of the software, how to report on information and best practices so they know the most effective way to use the software for their nonprofit organization

The successful candidate will be able to listen carefully to the question and provide complete and accurate answers in a customer-friendly way.  This role requires that you manage multiple issues across multiple customers each day in a timely fashion, so the ability to multi-task and stay organized is extremely important.

Position Outline :

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email and Zoom
  • Handle and resolve customer issues correctly and in a timely manner
  • Gather feedback from trainees to enhance training sessions
  • Provide updates to customers and track status of issues for follow-up
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Update online help files as needed
  • Provide online training via Zoom
