What we’re looking for
Position: Oracle - PLSQL Developer / Engineer
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, triggers, and dynamic SQL.
Strong understanding of database design fundamentals and data modeling concepts.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries
Familiarity with tools like SQL Loader and Oracle Streams for data replication
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration with Oracle databases is a plus.
Experience with Java and JDBC connections is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
Certifications in Oracle Database or related technologies are a plus.
