The Opportunity
Connecticut Basement Systems is looking for experienced sales professionals to run pre-set, qualified, inbound leads, and close sales. This is a real opportunity to earn over six figures per year for those that have or can develop the skills and talent to participate in this booming industry.
Our professional salespeople demonstrate strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills as well as high proficiency working with computer software and a laptop.
Our most successful salespeople have:
· In-home sales experience or come from the residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries.
· Verifiable and stable sales experience.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Are comfortable and ready to assume a 100% commissioned based compensation after an initial training period.
· Construction experience and knowledge
· Be physically able to navigate attic and/or crawl space areas in the home
