What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Connecticut Behavioral Health?
Connecticut Behavioral Health, LLC (CBH) is seeking a Master's or Doctoral Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who possesses a strong behavioral background and training to provide school based behavioral services. The BCBA will provide ABA program consultation, individual student behavioral consultation and program monitoring, and perform functional behavioral assessments and develop behavioral intervention programs within school districts as well as train and supervise behavior technician staff as well as those staff working toward their BCBA. We are also open to part-time BCBA support, compensated on an hourly basis.
For BCBAs this is a Supervisory and leadership level position. Experience developing and implementing ASD programming within the school settings, as well as providing social skills training to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders is desired. Excellent opportunity to work beside licensed psychologists and other behavior analysts.
Competitive Compensation on a salaried (75k-90k DOE) or hourly basis per individual desire, and a comprehensive Benefits package is available. The position allows for the employee to craft an employment agreement to meet their professional needs.
