Connecticut Bomanite Systems location in Bethel, CT is looking for an Asst. Admin! This role is Part-time to Full-time once fully trained. Prior experience is preferred, but we will train the right person!
Job Details (not limited to):
- Answer phone calls
- Greet clients and show them products
- Complete job proposals
- Project tracking
- Accounts Payable
- Filing
- General bookkeeping
- Timesheet entry, Payroll and Certified Payroll
- Administration of company benefits, timesheet entry, certified payroll
Qualifications (not limited to):
- Prior experience is preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred
- Independent worker
- Construction/Concrete background is helpful
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
