## Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those under their care.
## Duties
- Assist individuals with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being
- Help with meal preparation and remind clients of medication schedules
- Perform light household duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, or recreational activities
- Monitor clients' health status and promptly report any changes in health or behavior
## Requirements
- Prior experience in healthcare or caregiving is advantageous
