What You Will Do For Us:
- Providing Remarkable Patient Experience: Schedule procedure and office visit appointments following CTGI policy and scripting
- Attention to Detail: Update insurance and demographic information when scheduling appointments, obtain cardiac clearance for patients scheduled for procedures where warranted and follow up on procedure to ensure ASC has documentation
- Team Player: Assist with any general office function at the request of the site supervisors or managers and lend support to other CTGI staff members as required, to ensure proper patient care and smooth functioning of the office.
- Versatility: Properly answer incoming phone lines, taking clear, concise messages, compose, process, and follow-up on electronic phone messages and alerts, and route messages to correct provider or employee.
- Expertise: maintain familiarity with providers preferred prep.
What We Are Looking For In You:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years related experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient in EPIC.

Salary: From $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
