Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and well connected Director of Coaching to join our innovative, forward thinking and dynamic team. The Director of Coaching will work alongside the clubs General Manager & Academy Director to maximize the performance and learning environment of our Girls Select & South Central Rush programs.
Connecticut Rush Select are key members of the ECNL Regional League Northeast Conference with South Central Rush forming a key component of the pathway from grassroots to performance play.
All practices and home games will be based at the CT Sportsplex in North Branford.
Duties
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs, ensuring they meet the needs of players, coaches and club.
- Work with Academy Director to lead, and mentor staff in delivering high-quality instruction and positive pedogical practice.
- Responsible for Head Coaching responsibilities where appropriate
- Manage an administration operation including scheduling, tournament admin etc
- Foster a high performance environment
Experience
- Proven experience in youth soccer management or similar roles.
- Experienced Head Coach with a track record of developing players
- USSF C License - A and or B is highly desirable
- Ability to recruit, inspire and develop players and coaches
- Experience of working in a Girls Soccer performance environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week

- Weekends as needed
