Job Summary:
Rodeo Cannabis is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Janitorial/Dishwasher/Utility Person. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our manufacturing facility while also assisting with various projects as needed. If you enjoy keeping spaces clean and taking on hands-on tasks, we'd love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment used in manufacturing
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and restrooms
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Assist with facility maintenance and small projects as needed
- Help with basic repairs, moving equipment, and other utility tasks
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including sanitation and hazardous material handling
- Support other departments with general labor tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial, dishwashing, or maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Comfortable using basic tools for minor facility projects
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Must be at least 21 years old (due to cannabis industry regulations)
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time (Flexible shifts available)
- Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
