Support Information Technology hardware maintenance and rollout objectives as well as software initiatives
Position Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Description of Duties
- Support CSS Software Engineer with various ERP maintenance, inquiries, and project requests
- Computer issue troubleshooting and resolution
- Maintenance, repair and upgrade of computer hardware
- Support of network infrastructure including maintaining cabling, switches, etc.
- Response to helpdesk tickets meeting the requirements of users
- Develop and update department procedures and support other departments as needed
- Recommends and implements techniques to improve productivity and increase efficiencies.
Other
- Maintains adherence to company policies, environmental and safety standards, and good housekeeping standards.
- Interface with 3rd party IT vendors as needed.
- May be required to assist or otherwise instruct other personnel.
- Performs other duties as may be required.
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Off hours work may be required to support IT environment or projects

- Relevant undergraduate course study or demonstration of equivalent skills.
- Team player that can work in a dynamic environment.

- Working knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
