Teller - No Sales
We currently have an opening for a full-time Teller in our Middletown, CT office. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. No weekends or evenings.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs a variety of member transactions including processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, bank checks, stop payments, etc.
- Opens new accounts and assists members with loan paperwork.
- Effectively accounts for all cash, both incoming and outgoing.
- Delivers outstanding service by executing financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Creates a warm, welcoming and friendly environment for members and employees.
- Resolves account service issues and responding to member inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Assists members with a variety of Credit Union services, including online banking, Bill Pay, Zelle, Mobile Deposit, Visa Debit Cards, etc.
- Keeps members informed of Credit union services, policies and products.
- Files documents.
- Other work as assigned.
