About the Role
A leading defense technology company is seeking a Senior Director of Program Management to drive strategy, execution, and growth within its Electronic Warfare (EW) and C4ISR portfolio. This executive will lead high-value programs supporting U.S. and allied military forces, ensuring cutting-edge mission success in contested environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee a portfolio of EW and ISR programs, ensuring alignment with defense priorities and customer requirements.
- Program Execution: Lead full lifecycle program management, from capture through execution and sustainment, delivering on-time and within budget.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary executive interface for DoD, intelligence agencies, and key primes, fostering long-term relationships.
- Financial & P&L Ownership: Drive program profitability, manage budgets exceeding $500M, and identify new revenue streams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, business development, and operations teams to advance capabilities in electronic attack, cyber warfare, SIGINT, and tactical communications.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to DoD acquisition processes, ITAR regulations, and classified program requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 15 years of program leadership experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting, with a focus on EW, SIGINT, Radar, or C4ISR.
- Strong track record of leading complex, classified programs and working within DoD acquisition frameworks (FAR/DFARS).
- Proven P&L experience managing $100M portfolios.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or PMP preferred).
