Associate MFT local to Davis and greater Sacramento area

I'm excited to announce that Connecting Pathways Trauma and Marriage Therapy, INC is seeking to hire a part-time, in-person associate for the Davis location! If you're an associate seeking to further your knowledge on working with complex trauma, dissociation, and couples while dipping your toes into working in a private practice, I'd be happy to help you on your journey. Supervisor is trained in EMDR, IFS, Narrative Exposure Therapy and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Supervisor is also in the process of becoming a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician.

Clinicians will be paid a base rate of $20 for non-client hours and will receive a split fee of up to 50/50 depending on the number of clients seen per week and the experience/knowledge of the clinician.

Caseload of 1 - 4 clients per week: Up to 30/70 Split, minus hourly wages paid (meaning if you charge $120/session, you would be making $36 per client hour and 20 per non client hour)

Caseload of 5 - 12 clients per week: Up to 40/60 Split, minus hourly wages paid (meaning if you charge $120/session, you would be making $48 per client hour and 20 per non client hour)

Caseload of 13 clients per week: Up to 50/50 Split, minus hourly wages paid (meaning if you charge $120/session, you would be making $60 per client hour and 20 per non client hour)

Ideal candidates would have interest and experience working with complex trauma and couples and some knowledge of IFS or parts work. Applicants MUST be local to Davis and completed weekend 1 of EMDR training prior to start date and have the ability to see clients in-person at high volume clients hours (ie: weeknights/weekends). Caseload expectations would be working up to seeing 20-25 clients weekly.
