Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.
Responsibilities:
· Manage daily office operations, answer phone calls, scheduling, service repair check-ins, etc.
· Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, maintaining office supplies, and inventory orders/checkup
· Assist with customer inquiries and ensure positive interactions with clients
· Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management
· Support the IT team with documentation and project coordination as needed
· Creating and maintaining marketing materials both print and digital
Qualifications:
· Experience in administrative roles or office management
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other Office software
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
