Working under direct supervision of the Manager, Project Management, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Project Coordinator (PC) uses a predefined methodology to successfully deliver project outcomes for small, non-complex projects which are short in duration and do not require detailed planning.
The Project Coordinator coordinates project tasks involving customers, partners, and project team members. Follows up on outstanding tasks and updates in required systems. The Project Coordinator communicates with customers and third-party field resources. The Project Coordinator captures various status elements, customer acceptance forms and any additional project deliverables. The Project Coordinator also reviews statements of work and work orders for completion criteria and completes the necessary tasks to enable project billing.
This position is 100% remote. CST or EST time zones.

• Coordinates non-complex projects which are short in duration and do not require detailed planning, using a predefined methodology for small projects to successfully deliver project outcomes.
• Directly engages, schedules and follows up with service partners for smaller project work
• Coordinates tasks with customers, service partners, and project teams through instant messaging, email and phone. Includes issue recording, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Ensures completion of requirements including customer acceptance, billing and reporting.
• Ensures compliance with existing policies and procedures in regards to processing service engagements and ensuring all tasks, billing and renewals are completed timely.
• Assists project managers with project management duties
• Captures and publishes project status meeting minutes
• Creates project management artifacts
• Updates SOPs and completes other administrative project tasks
• Reviews Statements of Work for proper signature execution and for system set up to manage and track projects.
• Obtains partner invoices for billing
• Assists with data collection and concatenation of weekly project portfolio information
• Performs other duties as assigned. May assist with identifying and documenting procedures.
Required competencies:
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Project
• Solid time management and organizational skills to meet service delivery targets
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid fast paced environment
• Self-starter, capable of providing project oversight from beginning to end
• Working knowledge of customer service with ability to provide excellent support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and desire to provide excellent project and customer support
• Collaborator with ability to perform as an integral part of a team
• Problem solver with ability to resolve issues timely
• Competency with standard project management tools is preferred
• At least one (1) year of experience working in the IT Professional Services industry is desired
• At least one (1) year of experience working in the IT Professional Services industry is desired
