What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Connection Property Management?
Responsibilities:
- List Properties for Rent and for Sale on a commission basis
- Help Tenants and Buyers find suitable housing on a commission basis
- Prepare lease and sales agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and unit turnovers
- Manage annual inspections
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of New Jersey
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is required
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, fair housing regulations, and property management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations
- Proficient in Google Apps and prior Property Management Software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations
- Knowledge Section 8 program is a plus
