The Contracts Administrator provides support for Connection’s contracting process. The Contracts Administrator works with internal business teams on objectives relating to contract activity and is an initial point of contact for communicating contract information to the Sales team and other departments.
Responsibilities
•Prepares, interprets and revises confidentiality agreements and other routine commercial contracts including but not limited to, order forms, quotes, imaging, inventory and event agreements, and codes of conduct in accordance with Enterprise contracting standards utilizing independent judgment and discretion. Summarizes contractual details in particular the differences from standards, and notifies the appropriate business units of contract status. Ensures contract execution is in accordance with company policy. •Maintains detailed and organized files for each contract which will include the original contract, relevant correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, and clarifications- Maintains an index of contracts including relevant contract terms

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with ability to create and edit documents and simple spreadsheets. •Proficiency with Adobe including editing functions. •Knowledge of standard contract terms and legal terminology. •Working knowledge of confidentiality agreements and commercial sales contracts (information technology preferred). •Working knowledge with the requirements of United States Export Regulations, HIPAA, HITECH, and Gramm Leach Bliley. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in contractual areas. •Strong organizational, reading comprehension, and problem solving skills. •Strong time management skills to include the ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities in managing a wide variety of projects, demonstrate initiative, accountability and see assignments through to completion. •Good interpersonal skills (active listening, social awareness, and self-management).
