Director, ConnectONE Center
Reporting to the VP of Technology and Integration Center, the Director of the ConnectONE Center leads the Technology Integration and Distribution Center's (TIDC) team responsible for ensuring operational efficiency of large, global client projects by integrating all aspects of product procurement, supply chain management, hardware configurations, warehousing, lease management, warranty services, break-fix support, field deployment, and hardware refresh activities. The Director utilizes a unique blend of skills from expert leadership in technical field deployment (both national and international), supply chain management, sales operations, general business management, and project management to ensure that the ConnectONE Center delivers exceptional service and aligns with Connection's strategic goals on a global scale.

Responsibilities
- Leads and drives the daily operations of the ConnectONE Center, ensuring seamless integrationand efficient service delivery across all functions, including product procurement, supply chainmanagement, hardware configurations, warehousing, lease management, warranty services,break-fix support, field deployment, and hardware refresh activities.
- Develops and implements comprehensive strategies to enhance service quality, operationalefficiency, and customer satisfaction. Aligns ConnectONE services with Connection's strategicobjectives and global operational needs.
- Monitors performance metrics, analyzes data, and generates detailed reports to track theConnectONE Center's performance. Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhanceservice quality and operational efficiency.
- Inspires and mentors a diverse team of managers, technicians, and support staff, fostering aculture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensures team members are welltrainedand equipped to meet their responsibilities.
- Provides expert guidance on technical field deployments and supply chain management, ensuringbest practices are followed. Manages and coordinates national and international fielddeployments, ensuring seamless integration with global partners.
- Oversees budget management, resource allocation, and financial planning for the ConnectONECenter. Ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatoryrequirements.
- Utilizes project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee projects related to ConnectONEoperations. Ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborates with Connection stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure ConnectONEservices meet those needs. Maintains strong relationships with internal and external partners,including proactive status updates and reporting.
- Ensures all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatoryrequirements. Maintains high standards of quality and service delivery.

Degree requirements: Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
