Overview
A fantastic opportuntiy for a part-time IT Support Technician for one of our technology services clients in the Bellevue, WA area.
This is an onsite opportunity working at their facilitiy in Bellevue, WA for 8 total hours a week:
Mondays- 8AM-12PM
Wednesdays- 4 hours total in the morning OR afternoon.
The part-time IT Support Technician should have excellent communication and presence with the ability to spport C-Suite executive level in an office of 30 employees.
Responsibilities
- Providing basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assisting users with login issues, password resets, and account lockouts
- Guiding users through basic system setups and configurations
- Daily walkthrough and testing of office IT equipment
- Network lights on check
- Full conference room testing (checklist)
- Workstation testing/maintenance (checklist)
- Assisting with printer device troubleshooting
- Hardware checks (e.g., cable connections, power cycles)
- Mac & Windows environment general support
- Installing, updating, and configuring software
- Assisting users with Microsoft 365 and other general business applications
- Troubleshooting email client issues (Outlook)
- Helping users connect to VPNs, Wi-Fi, and corporate networks
- Basic troubleshooting of network issues (e.g., resetting adapters, checking IP configurations)
- Password resets and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) troubleshooting
- Escalating complex issues to Level 2 or relevant teams (San Diego)
- Documenting troubleshooting steps, solutions, and known issues in ServiceNow
