Responsibilities
The Senior Content Manager leads the Request for Proposal (RFP) projects from initial receipt through delivery. The Sr Content Manager oversees the creation, organization, and management of proposal content. The Senior Content Manager collaborates with various departments to gather relevant information, ensuring that proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to client requirements. Responsibilities include writing and editing proposal content, maintaining a library of reusable content, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications, and managing timelines to meet submission deadlines. By maintaining high-quality and compelling proposals, the Senior Content Manager plays a crucial role in securing new business opportunities for the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate, and lead requests for proposal (RFP) projects from initial receipt through RFP delivery.

- Ensure the response flow and position Connection favorably.
- Support deals as needed.
- Create training materials and may lead the training of new hires and internal clients (e.g., Sales, Services).
- Lead the development, compilation, and detailed requests for proposal (RFPs) content that pertains to company information, organizational information, product-specific data, portal information, and other specific content requested by the client.
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the RFP database.
- Follows up on all wins and losses to ensure learnings are captured in the metrics and reported in the results
- Maintains files and logs of completed consultant and pending questionnaires.
- Provides data and publishes RFP metrics
- Work closely with team colleagues to suggest and implement content improvements and oversees their implementation as necessary.
