Working remotely, with some travel required to the main office in Bentonville, Arkansas, the Testing & Engagement Coordinator Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily administrative tasks of the school such as data entry into state systems for testing accountability, communication with households for entry of transfer credits, and other duties as assigned.

Position Summary And Responsibilities
Working remotely, with some travel required to the main office in Bentonville, Arkansas, the Testing & Engagement Coordinator Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily administrative tasks of the school such as data entry into state systems for testing accountability, communication with households for entry of transfer credits, and other duties as assigned.
The Testing & Engagement Coordinator Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:
- Entering data into the online student information system and state systems
- Generating reports;
- Assist with incoming calls, directing to the appropriate person.
- Assist with entering newly enrolled students into eSchool - as needed
- Assist school Principal and District Testing Coordinator with a wide variety of daily responsibilities including communication with families
- State testing data updates for students
- Coordinate Testing Schedules with DTC: Organize and schedule state assessments, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare Testing Materials: Order, distribute, and monitor test materials, ensuring all required resources are available.
- Monitor Test Security: Ensure test materials are secure before, during, and after testing.
- Communicate with Staff: Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and test coordinators to confirm testing procedures and requirements.
- Track Student Participation: Maintain records of students scheduled for testing and verify participation.
- Assist with Accommodations: Coordinate accommodations for students with special needs, as per testing requirements.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Input and track test results and ensure accurate reporting of data.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow all state and district regulations related to testing procedures and requirements.
- Provide Test Instructions: Assist in providing clear instructions to students, staff, and proctors regarding test protocols.
- Handle Student Queries: Address student concerns or inquiries regarding testing schedules, accommodations, and procedures.
- Assist with Post-Test Procedures: Collect, verify, and submit completed test materials in accordance with state guidelines.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard student information and ensure the confidentiality of all test-related data.
- Additional duties as assigned.
