MNCA is a state-approved online program operated through a contract with Connections Academy of Minnesota, LLC, to provide the educational program and other services. MNCA is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, an accrediting division of AdvancED.

Working in the office two days per week and from home 3 days per week, the Attendance Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for managing student attendance, and ensuring that records are accurate for all students.

The Attendance Administrative Assistant Is Responsible For The Following
- Entering student attendance hours into Pearson Online Classroom.
- Reviewing reports and adjusting attendance based on student participation.
- Monitoring the attendance voicemail and email inboxes, and promptly addressing inquiries.
- Collaborating with teachers and administration to identify and address attendance concerns.
- Accurately entering and managing student information into the state reporting system.
- Answering incoming front desk phone calls during periods when the receptionist is unavailable.
- Other duties as assigned.
