Position Summary And Responsibilities
Working from the central office in Duluth, Georgia, the Compliance Advisory Case Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate student data in Connexus, Schoology, Illuminate/FastBridge, Pearson Virtual School’s Data Views, and other district instructional platforms. The Compliance Advisory Case Manager will also work collaboratively with the Director of Compliance to develop and maintain department-specific data dashboards to monitor the student accountability and lesson completion. The Compliance Advisory Case Manager also assists with issues related to lesson participation, attendance, instructional interventions and student success plans.

The Compliance Advisory Case Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:
- Monitor student attendance and participation to ensure compliance with district and state
- Develop, oversee, and maintain student success plans and work with families to ensure adherence to school policies.
- Identify students in violation of attendance or participation requirements and initiate appropriate interventions, including tracking and documenting compliance
- Support families through the school withdrawal process, assisting with data collection regarding withdrawal.
- Participate in daily on-camera office hours, providing support to students and caretakers and resolving compliance-related issues in a professional and timely
- Collaborate with school teams and staff members to address attendance, participation, and compliance concerns.
