Texas Connections Academy @ Houston (TCAH) is a Texas Online School that offers 100% virtual instruction to public school students across Texas in grades 3-12 who are not physically present on campus during instruction. The TxVSN OLS program is authorized by Texas Education Code (TEC) Chapter 30A and administered through TEA. Connections Education, LLC is in partnership with Houston ISD to provide this high quality and rigorous virtual instruction through TCAH.

Responsibilities:
- Assist families through the application process by answering questions pertaining to enrollment and general school questions regarding educational placement;
- Provide feedback to parents regarding their student’s enrollment status;
- Navigate the Learning Management System (LMS) to provide accurate and timely replies to families; provide technology training to families as users in the LMS
- Identify families who may need additional support through the enrollment process; provide technology training/support to families
- Host LMS training sessions for families once Some evenings may be required at the beginning of each semester.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and decision-makers on ways to improve enrollment and engagement

Requirements
- Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Knowledge of online student information systems preferred
- Technologically proficient (especially with Microsoft OS and MS Office programs)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, hard worker
- Ability to pay close attention to detail is essential
- Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous and efficient manner
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Customer focused approach
- High degree of flexibility
- Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced environment
