Job Announcement: Part-Time Technical Director
Are you passionate about combining creativity and technology to enhance the worship experience? Connections Church is looking for a Part-Time Technical Director to oversee the audio, visual, and lighting systems for our worship services. This is a flexible, 10-hour per week role that will allow you to use your technical expertise to create impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical ministries, ensuring smooth operation of all audio, visual, and lighting systems.
- Manage and train volunteers for worship services and events.
- Work with the design team to create set designs that support our worship services.
- Oversee online streaming and technical aspects of virtual services.
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to ensure seamless worship experiences.
Qualifications:
- A personal relationship with Jesus and a passion for worship.
- Experience with technical systems in worship settings.
- Strong leadership skills and volunteer management experience.
- Familiar with worship planning software and media systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
