Worship Leader - Part-Time

Are you passionate about leading worship and helping others connect with God? Connections Church is seeking a Part-Time Worship Leader to inspire and guide our congregation through powerful worship experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead impactful worship services and collaborate on weekly service planning.
- Supervise, recruit, and mentor a talented worship team.
- Lead rehearsals and maintain worship and tech equipment.
- Use tools like Planning Center, ProPresenter, and Loop Community to enhance worship.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong, growing personal relationship with Jesus.
- Musical ability in vocals and lead guitar or keyboard.
- Experience in worship leadership, service planning, and team management.
- A passion for mentoring volunteers and working with a team.
- Exceptional relational skills.
- A commitment to the vision, goals, and Statement of Faith of Connections Church.
