Position: K-12 Private School BHP (Behavioral Health Professional)

Start Date:

FALL 2024 SCHOOL YEAR

Location: Kittery Kids' Academy (K-6) & Kittery Academy (7-12), South Portland, Maine

Compensation: Up to $24/hr depending on education & experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, School Day Hours!

Description:

Kittery Kids' Academy (grades K-6) and Kittery Academy (grades 7-12) are private special education schools that blend behavioral support services with education for 10 students who have a mental health diagnosis that includes conduct disorders, anxiety and PTSD. As a BHP for Connections for Kids you'll work alongside a licensed clinician and school personnel to provide support and teach behavioral management skills for our small group of students. This is a full time, school year position with time off for school vacation weeks and includes a 6 week summer program between July and August, located in Kittery, ME.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 90 college credits (3 years)

• Have a valid drivers license with proof of auto insurance

• Are a positive person with a strong work ethic
