- Ideally candidate will have some Director experience, but progressive leadership experience into management would be ok. It's a smaller team and we're the only hospital in town so someone who can work with a small community.
This is a small town in Western Kentucky, the closest major city with an airport is Nashville, TN which is about 2.5 hours away so it is important that we get a candidate that is ok living in a more rural area. Paducah is about 30 minutes from here, and offers a bit more in terms of entertainment. If we are looking to relocate someone for this position, they need to want to live in this type of community, it can't just be taking a job because it's a Director role. We can't afford to have turnover in this position in 1-2 years because the market is so tight here.
