Connections NW is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to perform various HR-related tasks to help support our company goals. The responsibilities of this position include recruitment and onboarding of new staff, and compliance tracking. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act independently to get the job done.
Salary: $27.00 hr.
Job Type: This position is full-time, 40 hours per week in the office from 8:30am - 5:00pm. This is a temporary position but can become permanent for the right candidate.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES CAN INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Recruitment through various channels
- Onboarding
- Create job postings
- Training tracking
- File & record management
- Prepare and complete background checks
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Administration support as needed
- Interview potential candidates for various positions
- Organize and maintain confidential employee files
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Two (2) years of work experience as an HR Specialist, Recruitment or similar role
- Excellent Google Suite knowledge
- Create job board posts and job descriptions
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality with HIPAA regulations
- High School diploma or equivalent
- HR certificates are a plus
