Connections Personnel is hiring for a Direct Hire Allocations Manager for our client located in Somerset.

This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and driving performance through data-driven allocation decisions. Strong organizational skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain purchase orders
- Allocate product as it arrives based on predetermined priorities.
- Manage customer Drop Ship programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, spanning Warehousing, Product Development, Sales and Customer Service
- Partner with Planning and Merchandising teams to develop the allocation strategies that meet inventory objectives at the SKU level.
- Provide analysis on DTC platforms
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in inventory management, allocation, or related fields; e-commerce experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems
- Amazon Seller Central experience a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and skilled in time-management
- Team player with excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Schedule Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm Friday 8am-2pm
Salary $70,000-$85,000
