What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Paralegal position at Connections Personnel?
Connections Personnel is hiring for a temporary to hire Real Estate / Transactional Paralegal for our client located in North Plainfield. Candidate MUST have 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with a variety of tasks related to commercial retail real estate agreements, including preparation and negotiation of lease agreements, amendments to leases, assignment and assumption agreements and various legal and corporate documents and administrative duties.
- Requirements
- Strong research and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and to work collaboratively and independently.
- Bachelor’s degree and / or a paralegal certificate preferred.
- MS Office Suite.
- Must have exemplary communication skills and attention to detail.
SALARY : 30.00-$35.00 a Hour
SCHEDULE : 9am-5pm
