We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Home Supervisor / Home Coordinator to join our dedicated, caring team!The Home Coordinator will provide oversight for a single program location, although there may betimes where they will be called upon to support additional locations during times of transition / vacations / leaves, etc. They will provide training, supervision and support to the Direct Support Professional. Additionally, the Home Coordinator will coordinate, lead and evaluate services provided at each location for the individuals supported by the program. Home Coordinators are responsible for oversight and compliance with 245D licensing requirement for their assigned location.This is an non-exempt, full-time,40 hours a week position, and will require direct care depending upon the needs of the site.Salary Salary Range : $22.00-$25 hourly, DOQBenefits : Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life / LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30 hours per week to be benefits-eligible.Connections Services Offers : A great working environment and fully functioning staffA chance to truly make a differenceCompetitive pay, Paid Holidays, PTO and Full BenefitsFlexible schedulingRequirements for this position include 1 of the following : a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; ORan associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; ORa diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post-secondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; ORa minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications of Program Supervisor I or Designated Coordinator / Manager level as defined by the Department of Human Services 245D license standards.Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required of every employee as you will be required to drive either a company vehicle or your own vehicle to perform certain job responsibilities.WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU!.Equal Opportunity Employment : Connections Services shall provide equal access to and opportunity in its employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, disability, public assistance status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.Connections Services, LLC will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees.
