Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Help with meal preparation
- Monitor employers' health by observing changes in their condition To employer
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing housekeeping duties.
Skills
- Experience in medical-surgical, hospital medicine, or emergency medicine settings is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and with employer
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and clients alike.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others in need of care.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
