About the Role - We are seeking a Product Manager – Data Analytics to drive the delivery of data-driven products that power business intelligence, data science, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities -
- Define & Execute – Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from intake and planning to execution and delivery.
- Drive Business Value – Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and data teams to define requirements, scope, and success metrics.
- Agile Leadership – Break down complex projects into sprints, user stories, and actionable development plans.
- Risk & Project Management – Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks while ensuring timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Foster relationships with business leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and product success.
- Data & Analytics Expertise – Oversee projects related to Data Warehousing, Lakehousing, Business Intelligence, and Data Science.
Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is required.
Required Skills -
- 5-8 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on Data & Analytics.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall environments.
- Strong project management skills with experience in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Ability to prioritize development work, balance competing priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
Preferred Skills - Seeking someone that has solid data and analytics product management, reporting, dashboard, AI, ML related products. Big data product / project experience in healthcare, transportation energy / oil & gas would be a major plus. Complex algorithms; business rules and a strong TECHNICAL background is preferred.
