Are you passionate about enhancing user experiences, optimizing workflows, and driving process improvements? We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to play a key role in customizing and enhancing the platform to improve efficiency, usability, and adoption across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Experience & Workflow Design: Develop user-centric workflows and intuitive interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.
- Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance workflows using process engineering best practices.
- Low-Code Solutions: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement low-code development opportunities.
- Platform Support & Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting, resolving production issues, and ensuring platform stability.
- Training & User Adoption: Provide training and support to end-users, fostering increased engagement and usability.
- Best Practices & Automation: Apply ITIL/ITSM methodologies, leverage automation tools, and drive continuous platform improvements.
What You Bring:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including custom applications, workflows, and UX enhancements.
- Experience working with ITSM, CMDB, service catalog, dashboards, and automation tools like Integration Hub and ATF.
- Ability to gather requirements, customize ServiceNow solutions, and engage with end-users to drive adoption.
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code development within ServiceNow to empower non-technical users.
- Experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote in the Energy corridor area of Houston.
