About the Role
We are seeking a Wireless Engineer IV to manage wireless networking across manufacturing, warehouse, and campus facilities. This critical role requires expertise in Aruba Networks, wireless spectrum analysis, network security, and the ability to align wireless solutions with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain wireless networks across manufacturing, warehouse, and campus environments.
- Conduct wireless spectrum analysis, troubleshoot interference, and optimize network performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address wireless networking needs.
- Provide technical leadership, support junior engineers, and participate in a collaborative on-call rotation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of experience in wireless networking, with a focus on Aruba Networks.
- Strong understanding of wireless spectrum analysis, network tuning, and security.
- Experience deploying and maintaining wireless networks in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
- Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi design, RF interference mitigation, and performance optimization.
