Connective Wellness is a specialized transformative wellness clinic and online platform dedicated to empowering women navigating the intricacies of living with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD), chronic pain, and related challenges. We are deeply committed to the six pillars of lifestyle medicine, offering a holistic approach to treatment and care. Our services currently include physical therapy and nutrition, with plans to expand to additional services, including IV hydration, chiropractic care, craniosacral therapy, etc., to meet the diverse needs of our patients. Our mission is to offer compassionate, individualized care that addresses the unique challenges faced by those with connective tissue disorders.
Our practice is uniquely positioned as a self-pay clinic, enabling us to provide in-depth and advanced physical therapy services tailored to our patients' specific needs. We are currently seeking skilled FT and Per Diem Physical Therapists for both in-office and home-based (travel) roles across several regions in New Hampshire.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate and driven physical therapist eager to expand their expertise and grow within a highly specialized niche. They are enthusiastic about learning our innovative Flometrics™ physical therapy technique under the guidance of Dr. Jason Cole, a leader in the field of EDS and chronic pain management. About the Positions
- Conduct thorough patient assessments focusing on mobility, strength, balance, proprioception, and overall function
- Devise individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on patient-specific goals, particularly targeting individuals with hEDS, HSD, and chronic pain conditions
- Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue work, cupping, Graston, and trigger point dry needling to alleviate pain and improve physical function
- Educate patients and their families on condition management and preventative strategies
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using the Jane app, documenting progress and adjusting treatments as needed
- Stay abreast of the latest physical therapy research, particularly relating to hEDS, HSD, and chronic pain management
- Embrace a high degree of independence post-initial training, adept at working within a self-pay practice model
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid New Hampshire physical therapy license
- Preferred certification or experience in manual therapy techniques
- Previous experience with hEDS, HSD, or chronic pain patients is advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for home-based positions
- Passionate about delivering patient-centered, advanced care to those with complex health needs
- Ability and desire to work evening and weekend hours as needed

As a FT clinician, you’ll enjoy highly competitive pay, ranging from $85k-95k per year, depending on your experience and the service rendered. Per Diem rates available upon request. We’re committed to ensuring that your hard work is compensated fairly, empowering you to focus on delivering the exceptional care our patients deserve.
Referral Program: We value the initiative and connections our team brings to the clinic. To recognize and reward these efforts, we offer a generous referral program. If a staff member independently brings in a new client for any of our services, they will receive a $250 bonus after the referred patient has completed their fourth treatment. This program is designed to encourage our team members to actively participate in the growth of our clinic while benefiting directly from their efforts to expand our patient base.
Health Care Stipend: We are committed to supporting the well-being of our team members. To help offset the cost of healthcare, we offer a $200 per month stipend toward medical coverage for all eligible employees. This stipend is designed to provide financial assistance and ensure that our staff has access to the healthcare they need, empowering them to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional care to our patients.
Professional Development Stipend: We are deeply committed to your growth as a professional. We provide $500 annually toward professional development opportunities, allowing you to expand your expertise in specialized areas of physical therapy. Whether you’re interested in advancing your skills, obtaining new certifications, or exploring emerging techniques, we support your journey to becoming a leader in your field. Investing in your education and professional growth is just one of the ways we ensure you can continue to provide the best care possible to our patients.
Wellness Program: We prioritize the well-being of our team members just as much as our patients. As part of our commitment to supporting your health and wellness, we offer four free halotherapy/chromotherapy treatments per month, four free red-light therapy treatments, along with one free IV therapy treatment per month after your 90-day probationary period.
