ROLE PURPOSE This position will provide outreach support to client(s) referred to Connective by Community Living British Columbia. You will work to enable clients’ adjustment to and success with life in the community. This is a person-centered role where you will go out into the community to meet clients and develop individualized goal plans which can include accessing community services, housing and employment supports & life skills development. This role will include using your own vehicle to transport clients. STATUS AND CLASSIFICATIONUnion. This position is open to applicants of all genders. HOURS Flexible hours based on client needs, including evenings and weekends. Program operational hours are generally from 09:00 – 17:00.Casual employees must be available for at least 14 shifts per month. If you are working full-time, or if you are a full-time student, we ask you for 10 shifts of availability per month (this is subject to employer or enrollment proof). The wage will increase with every 2,000 hours worked up to a maximum of $31.61 per hour.
