Overview
The Sr. Director, Network and Product Strategy, is an experienced healthcare leader and subject matter expert responsible for maintaining and developing Awareness and Adherence network partnerships, combined with product innovation and strategy. This position interacts with all departments, including Operations, Technology, Product, Marketing, Business Development and Program Management to ensure the appropriate people, process, and technology exist for efficient implementations and network/product growth. The position is integral in developing and strengthening strategic partnerships that enhance A&A offerings. The Director, Network and Product Strategy is a key participant in the development of new solutions as the company expands its product and services. Additionally, this position manages and develops the network relationship team that supports and executes upon the company’s messaging products into various channels including pharmacies, physician offices, EMRs, and health systems. This position works closely with product development to enhance current solutions and channels to enhance the company’s competitive position.
Responsibilities
- Lead A&A network team to define scalable and innovative solution sets for products and services, including ownership over network accounts and being the primary account contact for large accounts with growth potential.
- Work closely with Director, Product Management for A&A. In partnership, exhibits ability to ask the right questions to external network clients and client-facing teams to develop solutions that meets clients’ needs while enhancing service, including working with finance and product development teams to ensure pricing and cost models.
- Develops and nurtures strategic partnerships that strengthen the A&A network, including promoting all A&A product offerings the expand grow and diversify revenue within existing network clients. Lead and develop Director, Network Strategy to succeed in this area. Attend industry relevant conferences and live client meetings as needed.
- Strategic development of potential new EHR or point of care companies that would allow for channel expansion in patient or provider messaging, allowing for network expansion, revenue growth and diversification.
- Main account leader for DxWeb, overseeing relationship success and makes efforts to promote timeliness of data delivery and requests needed to effectively meet CRx client’s expectations.
- Ability to recruit, develop, mentor, and retain world class team members
- Drive the development of innovative solutions for customer/vendor partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or MBA degree is a plus
- 10 years in healthcare or pharmaceuticals vendor
- 7 years client account management and business development
- 7 years managing and developing people
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, collaborative, relationship-builder
- Ability to work with diverse group of colleagues
- Adept at managing and growing external client relationships, with ability to influence clients
- Knowledge of pharmacy software and/or health system technology
- Understanding of health technology / point of care industry and market competition to facilitate innovative product growth initiatives
- Organized and resilient under stress
- Ability to prioritize, plan proactively and execute properly while managing conflicting priorities
- Travel up to 25% as necessary to meet company and client needs.
