You'll be responsible for communicating and demonstrating your expertise in voice and data cabling, IP cameras and security systems, audio-visual and paging systems, wired and wireless access, and telephony equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Service, troubleshoot, and maintain Commercial Data, Voice, and Fiber Optic Establishes voice and data networks by running, pulling, terminating, testing, and splicing cables; installing telecommunications equipment, routers, switches, cable trays, programming features; establishing connections and integrations; following industry standards; activating remote access tools; and coordinating with contractors.
- Service, troubleshoot, and maintain Commercial Phone Installs and test new and existing VoIP telephone and voice mail components in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and department policy. Executes service ticket requests for any telephony service requests. Responsible for port activation, connectivity, testing, and user placements according to available physical infrastructure. Provides small station wiring requests, performs wire cross-connecting, and patch panel data connectivity to the VoIP telephony system.
- Service, troubleshoot, and maintain Commercial Paging Have experience with paging systems and peripheral equipment, i.e. : amplifiers, speakers, horns, paging adaptors, etc.
- Service, troubleshoot, and maintain Commercial Security Perform service / installation of access control, intrusion alarm and CCTV cameras, and other security-related devices.
- Service, troubleshoot, and maintain Commercial Audio / Video Technicians perform testing of audio-visual equipment and fix issues related to video, audio, switching, and control systems.
- Work involves driving a company vehicle; using hand tools; Climbing ladders; using scissor lifts.
- Perform Customer Instruction on System Operation and functionality.
- Perform System Testing and Signal verification
- Follows all company safety policies and procedures; and reports all accidents, hazards, and equipment problems.
- Attends and participates in various meetings within the company.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- May be required to work on-call or long hours in case of system malfunctions.
