Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager, located in Spring, TX. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, lead and motivate the sales team, and ensure outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, driving customer experience excellence, handling customer inquiries, and implementing sales strategies. The role requires a dynamic individual prepared to meet and exceed sales targets and cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
