This CIO position is a unique chance to drive innovation and transform the firm's IT operations and strategy.

This onsite role can be based in Tampa, Raleigh, Houston, or one of the firm’s other office locations.

What You’ll Do

As the CIO, you’ll lead the charge in shaping the firm’s technology future. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Evaluating and optimizing the firm’s technology systems to align with its goals.
  • Designing and implementing innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client services.
  • Driving firm-wide IT initiatives, from software development to infrastructure upgrades.
  • Safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring compliance through robust cybersecurity measures.
  • Building and managing relationships with vendors to maximize value.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure technology serves as a strategic growth enabler.
  • Inspiring, mentoring, and leading the IT team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

    • What We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced leader with :

  • 10 years of experience as a CIO, IT Director, or senior IT leader in the legal industry, law firm, etc.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Expertise in enterprise technology systems, project management, and cybersecurity.
  • A visionary mindset, with the ability to align technology strategies with long-term goals.
  • A proven track record of managing organizational change and leading digital transformation.
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and ensuring ROI on technology investments.
  • Strong collaborative skills to build alignment and high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in vendor management and maximizing external partnerships.
  • A solutions-oriented approach to crisis management.
  • A passion for staying on top of emerging technologies and trends.
  • A client-focused attitude, with a commitment to enhancing client experiences through technology.
